The story of I+E BERLIN MARKET RESEARCH GMBH begins in 1994.
Barbara Götz founded a fieldwork agency in Berlin Kreuzberg which she led for the following five years, managing to garner a formidable reputation in the market after a short start-up phase.
The success of the first fieldwork agency and growing expertise led to the establishment of a new studio in the West of Berlin in 1999. Barbara Götz and the Interview and Exploration Julia Otte GmbH merged into the joint I + E Interview and Exploration Berlin GmbH.
The popular market research studio in the historic Bikini building, boasting a view of the Berlin Zoo as well as the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church, was run at this location for eight gratifying years. The move to the current location at Potsdamer Platz followed in 2007.
This new location, combining the old historic centre of the city as well as a place which the Berlin Wall divided impressionably in east and west, now houses our current state-of-the-art 650 square meter studio, situated in the midst of a plethora of newly awakened, architecturally diverse buildings in the ever changing heart of Berlin.
Since the end of 2010, we are called I + E BERLIN MARKET RESEARCH GMBH. We currently coordinate roughly 500 qualitative market research projects throughout Germany in the areas of health care, trend research and B2B / B2C annually.
