We consider precise recruitment a key prerequisite.
To ensure precision, all recruitment is done exclusively in-house by permanently employed staff members with many years of experience. When tackling this sensitive task, we do not resort to fast-paced call centre bots or freelance services that typically result in the recruitment of the same 100 “usual suspects”.
This allows us to fully meet specific client requirements within a constantly evolving process. Moreover, we follow a differentiated recruitment approach, which enables us to offer further options if this required after the reassessment of initial assumptions.

Comprising more than 32,000 healthcare professionals and 15,000 consumers, our database is constantly maintained, kept up-to-date, expanded, and fed with valid and relevant information. Since 1994, we have been recruiting physicians, patients, nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals from across Germany. When we say that we know the healthcare market, we understate rather than overstate. Our network in the healthcare sector is truly extensive. In addition, we have been engaging in consumer research since 1997. Avoiding the well-trodden paths used by others, we are able to find real trendsetters, angry citizens, automotive enthusiasts, e-sportsmen, and globetrotters. We try new ways, routinely use the relevant social media, visit trade fairs, attract participants via ads in subway trains, and do not hesitate to resort to street casting in relevant locations.

To constantly enhance their skills in the fields of moderation, analysis, and reporting, our moderators take the time to attend conferences, read the relevant journals, and exchange information with peers. This always brings a fresh breeze to our studio business. Particularly with regard to challenging target groups, insights are like nuggets: You need experts to find them and to assess if what you have found is actually gold.
