Each year, our healthcare department completes between 300 to 400 projects. The goal is usually the same: Solve important questions from major pharmaceutical companies, other manufacturers, and universities and other authorities.
Nationwide we have over 30,000 contacted physicians, nurses and caretakres, as well as public and hospital based pharmacies. We have an established patient database with over 5000 contacts from all over Germany: our reach in every case is exhaustive. Within this we cover common conditions like asthma and diabetes, as well as diseases. Our network of experienced moderators guarantees the highest quality of results through stringent methodology, professional equality, and care.
Why specifically travel to Berlin? Our city holds the highest concentration of doctors of anywhere in Germany, and has always been considered the center of European medical research and development.
More than half of all German Nobel Prize winners in medicine and physiology come from the Charité in Berlin Mitte alone – one of the largest university hospitals in the world, with over 13,000 employees. Biotechnology, among other health-related sectors, has long had a footing in Berlin. There are around 200 small and medium-sized biotechnology companies and over 20 pharmaceutical companies with almost 4,000 employees in the greater Berlin-Brandenburg area. Over the years, I+E Research has established itself as a reliable study partner for both general practitioners and clinics thanks to the market knowledge it has acquired over the years.
Although Berlin is often the ideal location due to its size, we cover the whole of Germany. Did you know, for example, that most liver transplants are carried out in Essen or that more hearts are transplanted in Bad Oeynhausen than in Berlin, Munich and Heidelberg combined? An independent agency for medical and pharma, market and trend research, and a force to be reckoned with. I+E Research regularly examines products and services in the healthcare sector, and to this end, organizes workshops and seminars, interviews experts and users, and produces studies on relevant topics. Put simply, we conduct reliably excellent research.
For our research, we‘re always on the lookout for people who can give insight into how to further develop medical products for the public – through interviews and workshops.

How we conduct our research.
Our surveys usually take place online or by telephone, and sometimes also in our centrally located market research studio.
